    When is the best time to book a follow-up call?

    We recommend scheduling follow-up calls based on your specific needs and preferences. Typically, we offer up to two follow-up calls to ensure we can address any concerns or adjustments needed in your skincare routine. You can book these calls at intervals that suit your schedule, and our team will be happy to assist you. In some cases, our team may proactively connect with you to ensure your skincare journey is progressing smoothly and to address any additional support you may require.

    Can I make a same-day appointment?

    Absolutely! While we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred slot, we understand that sometimes you may need a same-day appointment. Feel free to check our availability online, and if there's an open slot, you can book it right away. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

    Do you work with teenagers?

    Of course! Our youngest client was 11 years old– the sooner you start taking care of your skin, the better. A parent must be present on the Seassion with a minor though!

    Are refunds available?

    Certainly, you can cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a refund. However, once the virtual skincare services have been provided, refunds are generally not applicable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us, and our team will work with you to find a resolution.

    Can skincare help with deep scarring?

    Absolutely not. Skincare can prevent scarring, but if you have deep scars then skincare will not be able to reverse that kind of damage. You still need a well-formulated skincare routine to help support and protect your skin, especially from sun damage that can make scars appear worse and also good routine improve the appearance.

    Will you share my before and after photos?

    We may use some before-after pictures of your transformation but close-ups only, for your privacy. I would only use a full-face photo of you with your permission. These photos show others what is possible and help fight the old, outdated narratives and misinformation!

    Can you help me with my diet?

    No, we do not tell people what to eat, but we may advise you on foods to avoid. The Routine Review focuses solely on skincare: examining the products you are currently using and recommending those that would best suit your skin.

    What is included in the routine review document?

    It is a super pretty PDF that goes into great detail about each skincare step, as well as details about why we are using certain products and how and when to apply them. There’s also an AM and PM routine outline with links to every product, as well as some bonus material that’s a surprise! 🙂 Consider this document your own personal skincare bible, and please read it carefully.
